This 45 minute session is designed to fit your busy day. Join Ann-Marie for centering breath practice plus a full yoga nidra session. Nidra provides deep restoration for the brain equivalent to around two or three hours of sleep. This non-sleep deep rest practice will help you feel energised, clear and ready for the rest of the day.
This event can be attended online or in person.
Ann-Marie is a certified breathing instructor trained in a range of evidence-based breathing techniques. She is also a psychotherapist with 20+ years experience and a doctoral researcher at University of Bath specialising in breathing for stress and anxiety reduction.
The session will take place at The Studio, Reading’s new holistic health space in RG1 5AQ and online.
