Sound Bath with Lorena Rodrigo

A 75 minute sound bath experience with yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner Lorena Rodrigo.  Join us for this special evening to promote deep rest, relaxation and balance in the body and mind. The harmonic vibrations produced by singing bowls, gongs or other sound bathing tools are intended to stimulate theta brain waves which resonate and trigger the deep meditative state of the brain in a way that stimulates healing.
