Join Andy Taylor for a guided mindfulness meditation, followed by a short teaching on the practice of mindfulness and an opportunity for questions and discussion.
Andy’s personal meditation practice began over forty years ago within the Buddhist tradition. Over time, this experience has informed his teaching of mindfulness in a modern, accessible, and secular form. For the past ten years, Andy has been delivering a ten‑week mindfulness course based on the approach originally developed by Jon Kabat‑Zinn, supporting people to cultivate awareness, resilience, and wellbeing in everyday life.
