I have over 2 years’ experience working with adults in a pioneering scheme for Vivid Housing association. Primarily helping some of their tenants with hoarding difficulties, manage their mental health. I have worked with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, abuse, relationship difficulties, work issues and low self-esteem.

What I offer:
I look to offer an emphatic, confidential place for you to work on life events, emotional difficulties or just to get to know and understand yourself better.

My approach to therapy:
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and member of the BACP. My overarching approach is Person Centred. I hold the belief that you are the expert on you. I believe a strong relationship between client and counsellor is key to successfully deepening awareness and enabling positive change. I also integrate Psychodynamic, Attachment and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies into my practice. Therapy is not a one size fits all and this helps us work together in a way that is individual to you. I am here to offer support and another perspective of the information you bring and ultimately accompany you on your journey through self reflection and growth.
