EMDR appointments available at Mind Garden

Angela Atack, Mind Garden’s co-founder and lead therapist, is now offering EMDR appointments at an introductory rate of £50 per session.

Angela, an experienced psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over 20 years experience, has recently qualified as an EMDR therapist and is offering these reduced price sessions on Tuesday evenings and Wednesdays.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a comprehensive psychotherapy that helps you process and recover from past experiences that are affecting your mental health and wellbeing. It involves using side to side eye movements combined with talk therapy in a specific and structured format.
