Evening Mindfulness for Stress Course Starting 11 April

Do you suffer from stress and the suffering associated with stress?


Then this 8 week mindfulness for stress course is for you…..it will help you to deal with stressful situations by coming back to what’s happening right now. Mindfulness practice doesn’t get rid of problems but it helps us to change our relationship to them so that we can live more fully and freely.

The course will be on Mondays at Mind Garden Therapy Centre

17:30- 19:30
