Hello, I’m Dan, an experienced BACP-accredited therapist specializing in supporting individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, grief, and other personal struggles.

My approach is grounded in a humanistic, holistic, and person-centered framework, enhanced by a variety of therapeutic models. This allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs and circumstances. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and emotions, with the goal of finding a meaningful way forward. Having worked extensively with university students at one of the UK’s most diverse institutions, I have a particular expertise in supporting individuals aged 18-30. I also bring experience from working with adults in counseling services across Essex, the West Midlands, and within a GP surgery setting.
