Mind Garden is now in partnership with The Studio, a flexible therapy new room in Reading.
The Studio, operated by psychotherapist Ann-Marie James, is a unique space situated on the University of Reading’s London Road campus, a calm oasis in the centre of a bustling town. The room itself is ideally suited to one-to-one work, groups, meetings and training days.
Ann-Marie James, co-director of Mind Garden, said: “I’m very excited to open up this new space. I’ve designed a space that is beautiful, peaceful and ideal for mind and body practices including somatic therapy, talking therapies and group work including yoga and meditation.”
The room has a dedicated space for one-to-one work at one end, and a bright airy space for group work, along with a kitchenette, and 5G broadband. Click here for a video tour.

About Mind Garden Therapy
Our centre opened in 2010 on London Street in Reading in response to local need for a therapy centre specifically designed for the unique needs of counselling, psychotherapy & psychology professionals. It boasts eight beautifully appointed therapy rooms and has grown to be home to over 30 professionals offering around 500 sessions per month of talk therapy and related services.
During our 15 years we have welcomed 1000s of clients through our doors thanks to our team of dedicated, private practitioners. The centre also hosts a range of workshops on stress, trauma, breathwork, meditation and much more, which will now be hosted in the new studio.
The centre is uniquely owned and managed by experienced, highly qualified therapists. Mind Garden maintains a rigorous selection process for our registered therapists to promote the highest standards in therapy provision.
