Introduction

I offer a warm, compassionate, and holistic support as an integrative, transpersonal psychotherapist. I specialise in adults but also work with adolescents (11–18-year-olds). I have a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, I specialise in working with grief, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, eating disorders, addiction, self-harm, victims of abuse, sexual abuse, narcissistic abuse, co-dependency, PTSD, trauma, divorce and relational issues.

My approach combines traditional therapeutic techniques (Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Person Centred, Existential, Gestalt, Jungian) with Transpersonal insights and the creative imagination providing a safe and nurturing space for personal growth, healing, and transformation.

Whether you are seeking relief from emotional distress or looking to explore deeper aspects of your inner self, I am here to support you on your journey towards well-being and self-discovery.

Other areas of therapy can include, Dream Analysis,Guided Visualisations, Sand Tray exploration and Breath and Sound work. Each session is tailored to the client and is client led.

I work in-person in Reading and online. Please get in touch if you have any further questions.
