Introduction

I offer a warm, compassionate and holistic support as an integrative,
transpersonal psychotherapist. I specialise in adults but can also work
with adolescents (11–18-year-olds) I have a deep commitment to helping
individuals navigate life’s challenges, I specialise in working with
Grief, Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Eating Disorders, Addiction,
Self-harm, Victims of Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Narcissistic Abuse,
Co-dependency, PTSD, Trauma, Divorce and Relational issues.

My approach combines traditional therapeutic techniques (Psychodynamic,
Humanistic, Person Centred, Existential, Gestalt, Jungian) with
Transpersonal insights and the creative imagination providing a safe and
nurturing space for personal growth, healing, and transformation.
Whether you are seeking relief from emotional distress or looking to
explore deeper aspects of your inner self, I am here to support you on
your journey towards well-being and self-discovery.

Other areas of therapy can include, Dream Analysis,Guided
Visualisations, Sand Tray exploration and Breath and Sound work. Each
session is tailored to the client and is client led.

I work in-person in Reading and can see clients online. Please get
