Introduction
Therapy offers a unique space to explore whatever feels difficult, confusing, or stuck. Whether you are grappling with relationships, emotions, or a sense of being held back, we can work together to understand these experiences more deeply and find new ways forward.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds but I have particular experience working with men navigating emotional challenges, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people with experience of neurodiversity, and individuals who do not speak English as a first language. It may be challenging to seek support, but therapy provides a safe space to explore emotions and personal growth. I am committed to affirming LGBTQIA+ perspectives and experiences, and I believe conversion therapy is harmful.
My approach is psychodynamic, which means we’ll work together to make sense of your experiences, how your past shapes your present, how patterns repeat, and how relationships influence your life. Rather than offering advice or strategies, this approach focuses on developing a curiosity for the thoughts and feelings that you are experiencing.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychodynamic Practice from the University of Oxford, where I developed a strong foundation in contemporary therapeutic practice. I am a registered member of the BACP.
In addition to private practice, I have worked with clients in short-term and open-ended therapy in various settings including community-based counselling services in London and Hampshire. My clinical work is complemented by a background in educational and social care settings.
I offer regular weekly sessions, providing a confidential and consistent space to explore whatever you bring.
