Breathwork & Yoga Nidra – 30 Sept 2024

August 12, 2024
< Back to news

Relaxation is harder than it sounds. In the modern world, many of us have lost the skill of relaxation. Yoga nidra is an opportunity to teach the body how to relax deeply.

This webinar includes breathwork to activate the vagus nerve, encouraging a rest & digest state, followed by a movement-free nidra practice.

This is a powerful workshop to support sleep, helping the brain & body re-learn the skill of rest.
