Introduction

I have a wealth of experience as a counselling therapist extending over almost two decades and within a variety of settings.

I have a nursing background within the NHS and have more recently trained in yoga and associated body-based aspects including mindfulness, meditation and breath work.

My approach is person-centred and integrative. I work in a careful, considered and collaborative way adapted to the individual clients needs.

Many of the difficulties experienced in life can be found within a relational context whether that be our relationship to ourselves or to others and can arise from depression/anxiety, marriage, divorce, birth and death or other life experiences.

I approach each client with a warm regard and deep respect providing a comfortable safe space within which to develop a trusting relationship.

Please feel welcome to email me to discuss your needs and how we might work together.
