This experiential workshop will give you breath tools to support the body’s transition to sleep. Nidra is a passive practice that supports the brain in learning how to enter a state of non-doing.
This webinar includes breathwork skills for sleep followed by a 30 minute guided nidra practice and is led by our co-director & psychotherapist Ann-Marie James.
