Pause, Unwind, Restore: A Sound Bath Journey

Sound Bath with Lorena at The Studio

Join us on Tuesday 16 June for an evening of deep rest and relaxation at our partner venue, The Studio, Reading.

We’re delighted to welcome back Lorena for another restorative Sound Bath at The Studio. Set in our peaceful, secluded venue on the London Road campus of University of Reading, this session offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and immerse yourself in soothing sounds designed to promote calm, rest and wellbeing.

Sound baths are a gentle, meditative experience where participants relax comfortably while listening to resonant sounds created by instruments such as singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. Many people find that the vibrations and tones help quiet a busy mind, reduce stress and create a sense of deep relaxation. While everyone’s experience is unique, sound baths can provide valuable space for rest, reflection and reconnection.

Whether you’re looking to unwind after a busy day, support your wellbeing, or simply enjoy some time for yourself, this session offers a welcoming environment for beginners and experienced participants alike.

The Studio’s tranquil setting provides the perfect backdrop for an evening of stillness and self-care, and free parking is available on-site at our secluded RG1 location.

Spaces are limited, so book early to secure your place. We look forward to welcoming you for an evening of calm with Lorena. ✨
