Application Process
Applications are reviewed by the co-directors in light of the centre’s team needs.
Note as of March 2026: Applications are welcome but will not be considered until mid summer 2026.
At that time, feedback will be given as to whether there might be a fit between yourself and the centre. If a good fit looks possible you will be invited to a mutual interview.
Our team is curated carefully. Please provide full information in your application regarding skills, availability to work at Mind Garden, client hours (over 450 pref) and level of qualification. Therapists offering services in areas without suitable qualification / experience will not be considered.
Hire the beautiful Studio therapeutic space:
The beautiful therapeutic space at our partner venue, The Studio, in RG1 Reading, is available to hire. This bright, relaxing space is suitable for therapeutic group work (from yoga and meditation to therapy courses) as well as one-to-one therapies (from counselling to massage and physiotherapy).
