Introduction
Welcome — I’m Elizabeth, an integrative counsellor.
I offer holistic counselling tailored to your unique story and needs — to support you through life’s challenges and help you thrive.
You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your direction. Perhaps you’re living with anxiety or depression, navigating relationship difficulties, burnout, or a significant life transition. Maybe you’re carrying the weight of grief or past trauma.
Whatever your challenges, counselling can help you gain insight, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with purpose.
I aim to help you develop self-awareness, self-compassion, a sense of empowerment, and resilience to enhance your overall wellbeing and achieve your personal goals.
I believe our challenges arise from the complexity of being human — shaped by many interconnected parts: our personal history, thoughts, emotions, instincts, behaviours, relationships, and the world around us. Together, these form our story and influence how we make meaning of our lives.
This is why I take a holistic, whole-person approach to counselling.
Grounded in a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, we’ll meet your challenges with openness, honesty, and compassion. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and patterns to deepen understanding, make sense of your world, and move beyond limiting beliefs. With insight, you can reclaim your narrative and begin to reshape your story.
By taking intentional steps to gain insight, nurture compassion, cultivate confidence, and build resilience, you can enhance your wellbeing and live life with greater intention.
You become the author of your own story.

About Me
I’ve had a long-standing interest in emotional wellbeing, shaped by personal and professional experiences, including the transformative impact of my therapy. After a career in the corporate world, I decided to retrain as a counsellor.
I trained at the highly regarded Metanoia Institute, gaining a BSc (Hons) in Humanistic Counselling and a Level 6 Clinical Diploma. My training encompassed various modalities including Person-centred Therapy, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis. I continue to undertake regular training and professional development to deepen my practice and stay current with evolving therapeutic approaches.
My corporate background also informs my understanding of the unique pressures of fast-paced, demanding environments. I bring this insight into my work, supporting clients to strengthen boundaries, build self-efficacy, develop resilience, and enhance their wellbeing in both personal and professional settings.
I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere to its ethical framework.
