Introduction
I’m a warm, relational psychotherapist offering thoughtful, grounded support for adults navigating life transitions, identity questions, anxiety, shame and low self-worth. Many of the people I work with come to therapy because they feel disconnected from themselves. You might be unsure of your purpose, questioning your worth, or carrying emotions that feel heavy, confusing, or isolating. Sometimes these experiences include thoughts of suicide or a sense of being overwhelmed by life. You can bring all of this – nothing is off‑limits.
I work relationally, which means the therapeutic relationship itself becomes part of the healing process. We pay attention not only to what you’re experiencing, but also to how you and I meet each other in the room – the patterns, expectations, hopes and fears that show up between us. This can offer a clearer, kinder understanding of how you relate to yourself and others in your life.
My approach is steady, grounded and curious. I don’t rush you or offer quick fixes. Instead, I help you slow down, understand what’s happening inside you, and make sense of the patterns that shape how you feel and how you relate to the world around you. Together, we create a space where you can speak openly, explore what troubles you, and begin to reconnect with your own clarity and confidence.
You’re welcome to bring anything that feels important, confusing, or difficult. This might include questions about identity and belonging; experiences shaped by politics, culture, sexuality or gender; challenges around sex and intimacy; grief and loss; the emotional weight of money; or the thoughts, dreams and worries that surface at night.
I offer a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and explore yourself with compassion rather than criticism. If you’re feeling stuck, uncertain, or ready to understand yourself more deeply, I’d be glad to work with you.
