You will use breath to gently prepare the body for relaxation, followed by a full nidra practice to systematically relax the mind by relaxing the body.
If you haven’t tried nidra, this is a movement-free practice that is powerful for replacing lost sleep, improving concentration and cognitive performance, and reducing reactivity.
The session starts at 6.30pm and lasts a blissful hour. It costs just £10, and you can choose to attend in person or join online.
