
This fully guided practice introduces breath and movement techniques to help the brain and body fully relax. The event includes a movement-free yoga nidra practice which provides deep rest to the brain and supports neuroplasticity.
Ann-Marie is a certified breathing instructor trained in a range of evidence-based breathing techniques. She is also a psychotherapist with 20+ years experience and a doctoral researcher at University of Bath studying breathing for stress and anxiety reduction.
The session will take place at The Studio, Reading’s new holistic health space in RG1 5AQ.
