
Join Ann-Marie for an experiential session exploring breath to reduce stress, boost mood and support neuroplasticity. This will be followed by a full, movement-free nidra practice for deep relaxation. Both nidra and breath have a strong evidence base for reducing stress and boosting overall wellbeing.
Ann-Marie is a certified breathing instructor trained in a range of evidence-based breathing techniques. She is also a psychotherapist with 20+ years experience and a doctoral researcher at University of Bath specialising in breathing for stress and anxiety reduction.
The session will take place at The Studio, Reading’s new holistic health space in RG1 5AQ and online.
