The Friday Pause – part of Mind Garden and The Studio’s mental health week – is a guided mindfulness meditation with Andy Taylor — followed by a short teaching and space for questions and conversation.
Andy has been teaching mindfulness for over 40 years, rooted in the Buddhist tradition and now offered in a modern, accessible form. For the past decade he’s been delivering his 10-week mindfulness course, supporting people to build awareness, resilience, and everyday wellbeing.
