Nidra is a powerful weapon for anyone’s calm-creating toolbox. Join co-director Ann-Marie James for this 1 hour experiential workshop a week from today – includes an intro breathwork practice, some basics about nidra and neuroplasticity, and a 30 minute practice to calm the mind by calming the body.

Ann-Marie is a certified instructor in breathwork, nidra, and nutrition as well as a long-time psychotherapist here at Mind Garden.
