Couples Therapy Reading

We’re pleased to welcome two new couples therapists to the Mind Garden team.

Supporting relationships can be complex work — especially when communication breaks down, patterns repeat, or it starts to feel hard to really hear each other. Having the right therapeutic support can create space to slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and find a way forward together.

We’re now joined by:

Frank Dolan
Frank brings a calm, grounded approach to his work with couples, supporting partners to explore patterns in communication, rebuild understanding, and navigate difficult transitions with care and clarity.

Ian D’Souza
Ian offers a thoughtful and collaborative space for couples to reflect on their relationship dynamics, strengthen connection, and work through conflict in a constructive and supported way.

We’re really glad to have them on board — and to be able to offer even more support to couples navigating their relationships at Mind Garden.

You can enquire about therapy with Frank or Ian by clicking on their names above, by visiting our Find a Therapist Page or by filling in our general couples enquiry form.
