Specialist child & young person therapist joins Mind Garden team

We are happy to announce that specialist child and young person therapist Ciara Duggan is joining the Mind Garden team in April.

Ciara Duggan

Ciara is a psychodynamic psychotherapist trained to work with children across all age groups as well as parents and families. She has experience working with a broad range of challenges facing children and young people, including childhood anxiety and low mood/depression, significant life changes (e.g. parental separation/divorce, bereavement or illness in the family) and difficulties at school, to name a few.

She has worked with children, adolescents and their families in a range of settings for over the past 13 years. The majority of her experience as a child and family psychotherapist has been in schools (both state and independent) as well as in the charity sector.

Ciara can work with:

  • Children under age 5 and their parents/caregivers
  • Primary and secondary aged children
  • Young adults (up to age 25)
  • Parents and caregivers
