Many of us have lost the skill of relaxation. Yoga nidra is an opportunity to teach the body how to relax deeply.

This webinar includes a brief introductory breathwork practice followed by a talk about nidra, and a 30 minute guided practice. This is a powerful experience to support sleep, disperse stress and help the brain & body re-learn the skill of rest.
